1. How to install Slackware Linux on Libretto CT50?
Easiest way (without taking out HDD) is to make very small (16MB will be OK,
I'm using 128 for my reasons) partition with msdos/freedos/win98dos and copy on
that partition few files: loadlin.exe, some kernel (for ex. bareapm.i), initrd
image from Slackware CD.
Then run loadlin and start installing as usual... Almost as usual :)
Watch out, because there's a chance that you will still not be able to use CD
drive - I've installed through NFS (other machine in my LAN was set up as NFS
server).
I've read what I wrote, and... If you're linux newbie, than taking out
harddrive and installing on normal computer will be MUCH easier :-)))
